Education:
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
A Master's Degree is preferred.General Experience:
Must have seven (7) years of experience in the IT field.Specialized Experience:
At least five (5) years of combined new and related older technical experience in the IT field directly related to the required area of expertise.Personnel Preferred Experience1.
5 years 'experience in relevant IT platforms including Cybersecurity, ESRI, SalesForce, Oracle Cloud, SQL Cloud, Talend Cloud, Azure, etc.

3-5 years' experience with MS Power Platform, Azure, Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lakes, Data Bricks, Dataverse, ESRI, Cloud computing, etc.Substitution of Education for ExperienceA bachelor's degree or higher may be substituted for the general and specialized experience for those labor categories requiring a High School Diploma.
A master's degree may be substitutedfor two years of general and specialized experience for those labor categories requiring a bachelor's degree.
