Are you an Estimator from a commercial construction background, looking to work on exciting, large scale, state of the art commercial projects? Are you looking to join a company with an excellent training and a progression pathway for you to progress in to Vice President?
This growing company specializes in ground up commercial construction.
They are renowned for their involvement in high profile projects, giving you the opportunity to become the technical expert in your field.
Due to their long-term expansion plans, they are looking for an Estimator to be the technical expert within their diverse projects, which grants you the opportunity to further progress your career.
This position will be office based, you will be tasked with quantity take offs for material and labor, reporting & documentation for detailed reports, and estimate and control design for design build projects.
This great opportunity would best suit an Estimator with a commercial construction background, who wants work for an industry leading organization, and progress within a company that actively develops its employees, whilst working across technically challenging commercial construction projects.
The Role:
Quantity take off's for materials & labor, whilst using estimating software
Reporting & documentation for detailed cost reports
Site Visits to gather info & understand logistics & constraints
Develop budgets from liaising with the designers, architects & engineers
The Person:
Estimating experience with Commercial Construction projects
Knowledge and experience working with Sub-Contractors
