Summary:
As Marketing Manager - Front Store Shopper Experience, you will play an important role as we create new and exciting experiences within our Pharmacy retail locations. In collaboration with cross functional teams, you will bring front store category/product and value driven strategies to life with a customer first approach.
You will be responsible for developing and executing clear and measurable store experience strategies and activation plans for high visibility merchandising programs, seasonal/event programs, and front store initiatives, primarily focused on our health/wellness, beauty/personal care and general merchandise/consumables categories. This role is critical in representing the consumer and helping her make confident choices at shelf, through established signing tactics, new form factor development, and more.
Duties:
Lead and implement customer-focused front store shopper experience strategies utilizing the best tactics available inside the store environment while also innovating and creating new tactics to meet objectives
Drive the creative brief and development process, in partnership with Business Partners and Creative designers, to ensure we design and execute experiences that optimize consumer decision making and revenue
Leverage insights from a variety of internal and external data sources, outline key shopper journeys for these experiences, particularly outlining the decision-making points and pain points that our retail experience design needs to consider
Own end-to-end Compliance Signing process and tactics
Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with key internal stakeholders, such as Insights and Analytics, Customer Experience, Front Store Marketing, Creative, Experience Design, Legal, Finance, and Operations
Help coordinate the printing and shipping of signage, including partnering with Print Procurement, completing print request forms, quote reviews, documentation, and submission for POs, checklist development, inventory management, and signage re-prints
Experience:
5+ years of marketing experience with a foundation of business, retailer, and consumer understanding; retail marketing or retail agency/strategy experience strongly preferred
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience required.
