Marketing Coordinator
Position Highlights:
The Marketing Coordinator supports the promotion of our firm's diverse engineering, planning, surveying, and design services as part of a dynamic marketing team.
This fast-paced role involves designing layouts for print and digital materials, engaging with internal and external clients, and coordinating and posting content on Stewart's social media channels.
Key responsibilities include preparing RFQ/RFP responses, coordinating subproposal submissions, and ensuring all materials and communications align with brand standards.
As a brand ambassador, the Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in shaping Stewart's reputation in the community and marketplace, creatively showcasing how we serve our employees, clients, and community.
Position Responsibilities:
In this fast-paced role, you will be working as part of a team that supports the marketing of our firm and its wide variety of engineering, planning and design services.
We interact with everyone in the company, at all levels, to assist with firm knowledge, project knowledge and how to tell the story of Stewart to retain and attract clients and people.
Position Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant area of study.
Three or more years working in the A/E/C Industry as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, etc.).
Working knowledge of Smartsheet is a plus; willingness to learn required.
Working knowledge of Canva is a plus.
Must have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of marketing and digital marketing concepts, principles, best practices, tools, and technology.
Skills and experience in creative writing and design of presentations, deliverables and blogs.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills in order to effectively create content and communicate with a variety of constituents.
Possess the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet critical deadlines.
Understand the AEC industry, trends and our markets
Strong listening, comprehension and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ethical conduct is expected at all times.
You value diversity of thought, contributing new ideas and perspectives while also respecting different points of view.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
You are willing and able to perform the physical demands of the position, including but not limited to,
continuous operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a phone, copy machine and computer printer.
constant communication with others that involves expressing ideas and exchanging information (in English), as well as observing, receiving and otherwise obtaining information.
continuously understand direction, read, comprehend and use written materials.
You are willing and able to work in a professional, climate-controlled office environment.
There are moderate noise levels (i.e.
business office with computers, phone, electronically induced white noise, printers, occasionally train whistles and light traffic sounds).
The office has exposure to lots of light both natural and artificial.
The workstation is in an open space layout with frequent collaboration and interactions from co-workers throughout the day.

You will work with a cross-functional team across practices, corporate leadership and agency partners to implement marketing strategy from beginning to end.
