Who We're Seeking:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for executing marketing and communication strategies that align with the organization's comprehensive marketing and communications plan, developed in collaboration with the Chief Advancement Officer. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day marketing and communications activities, supporting various teams across the organization, including Fund Development, Donor Relations, and Human Resources.

Your Responsibilities:

As a member of our dedicated team, you'll:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with our organization's goals, in collaboration with the Chief Advancement Officer (CAO).
Support business development, fund development, donor relations, and recruitment/retention efforts through the utilization of print, digital, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with senior leadership to engage and educate referral sources and the community, driving organizational awareness and supporting business objectives.
Manage the organization's website and collaborate on our social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and timely updates to drive engagement.
Analyze marketing metrics, produce performance reports, and recommend adjustments to optimize strategies.
Coordinate with external vendors (designers, printers, web developers) for project completion of marketing activities.
Maintain CVHHH branding standards across all materials, including the management of collateral inventory and the Branding and Style Guide in collaboration with the CAO.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
Five years of marketing experience working in a health care setting or community-based service provider.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software, social media platforms, and analytics.
Valid driver's license.
