Radiant Health, a leading community mental health center, is dedicated to providing excellent mental health services to individuals in Grant and Blackford Counties, Indiana. We are committed to fostering a culture of compassion and well-being and are looking for a dynamic professional to join our radiant team.
• Key Responsibilities:*Comprehensive Care:* Conduct intake interviews, diagnostic assessments, and provide individual or group therapy to clients.
• Detailed Records:* Maintain complete and detailed service records to ensure quality care and continuity for each client.
• Ethical Practice:* Operate in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and ethical standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
• Continuity of Care:* Ensure that each client receives seamless and consistent care throughout their treatment.
• Problem-Solving:* Effectively define problems and issues, prioritize and manage multiple tasks, make quick evaluations, develop options, and implement interventions.
• Client Focus:* Work with clients dealing with mental and behavioral health issues, providing compassionate and effective support.
• Required Qualifications*

The Therapist must possess a minimum of an advanced degree in Counseling or Social Work and hold a current license issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board. (LCSW, LMHC, LCAC)
• Ideal Candidates Will Be Able To:*Empathy:* Understand and relate to the experiences and perceptions of clients.
• Effective Communication:* Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
