Materials Coordinator

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Execute schedule and tasks provided subject to change by operation management.
Both written procedures and verbal instructions will be executed with strict attention to safety and quality.
Accurate and timely execution of activities and results are a requirement.
Strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations is required.
Collaborative work with other employees is a necessity to achieve departmental and company goals.
Tasks will require working in warehouse area using established procedures.
Receive, inspect, and deliver all incoming mail.
Inspect visually all receiving goods for any damage and verify the proper identification.
Perform transactions in a computerized system.
Handle materials received as per applicable status, according GMP's and keep areas clean and organize.
May perform applicable pest control process (fumigation).
Prepares physically materials for shipment and ensure that materials are correctly picked for shipping, as per their applicable status and according to the GMP's and loading of trucks.
Operates and maintenance the warehouse equipment (Radios, Forklift, etc).
Contributes to the revision of procedures, and in executing daily plans effectively in coordination with the area supervisor or designee.
Can work under some stress conditions.
Notify immediate supervisor of any inconsistencies of violations to company operation procedures and policies.
All other duties and tasks as assigned.
