Summary:
This position is located in the Cyber Operations (CO) division in the Cyber Monitoring and Operations Office (CMO) of the Cyber Technology and Security Directorate (CTS) in the Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS).
In this position, you will serve as a Management Analyst responsible for monitoring contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and identifying any issues or discrepancies.

This is a non-status, non-permanent Personal Service Contract (PSC) position.
PSCs do not acquire a competitive or excepted service status from this position.
Contract is 1 year; renewable up to 4 years.

Qualifications:
Applicants must meet all the qualification requirements described below by the closing date of this announcement.
Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position.
Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience advising senior management on issues and developments affecting contract management resources.
Experience processing contract deliverables, invoices, and other contractual documentation.
Experience assessing contract management processes and practices to identify areas for improvement, recommend corrective actions, and implement changes.
There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-13 position.
