JOB SUMMARY
The RBT will provide direct services to clients on the Autism spectrum within their home, school, or community settings. Treatment programs will adhere to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and will be conducted under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities:
Deliver direct instruction to enhance communication, daily living, social and play skills.
Effectively manage and address challenging behaviors.
Support clients with Autism in their homes, schools, and within the community.
Develop creative strategies to keep clients engaged and motivated to learn.
Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members.
Collaborate with therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and school staff to implement effective programs.
Receive and act upon feedback from supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA).
Collect accurate data on client progress using Central Reach.
Complete required trainings for organizational, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Log and maintain scheduled appointments in practice management software to comply with billing and payroll policies.
Uphold all patient privacy protections, including HIPAA compliance and confidentiality guidelines.
Travel as needed to client homes and other service locations.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of general ABA practices.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check.
