Join our team as a Behavior Technician & Registered Behavior Technician!
As a Behavior Technician (BT) & Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing personalized behavior intervention programs under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Collecting and accurately recording data on client progress and behaviors.
Assisting in the development and execution of effective behavior support plans.
Providing direct, one-on-one therapy to clients utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
Teaching and reinforcing essential social, communication, and daily living skills.
Collaborating with the BCBA to make necessary modifications to treatment plans.
Building strong, positive relationships with clients and their families.

Note: While prior experience as a Behavior Technician or in working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred, it is not mandatory. Comprehensive training will be provided!
