About the Role:
In this busy outpatient setting, you ll manage a varied caseload of patients recovering from surgery, injury, or managing chronic conditions. With a focus on health and wellness, you'll design personalized treatment plans that help patients achieve optimal mobility and pain relief.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess patients physical therapy needs
Develop and implement customized treatment plans
Use evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
Educate patients on exercise routines and preventative care
Maintain accurate patient documentation
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in State
Bachelor s, Master s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Previous experience in an outpatient setting is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dedication to providing exceptional patient care
