PCHC Central Health Center is expanding and adding a new state-of-the-art addition to our popular clinic located on Cranston Street in Providence. PCHC Central is near Westminster Street and the Cranston Street Armory, historically known as the castle for the people. The walls in the hallways of PCHC Central are adorned with colorful artwork from resident artist, Billy, who works in the in-house Lab. Many PCHC Central medical assistant and nursing staff members have been working at this health center for more than 10 years! Mirroring the neighborhoods surrounding the area, PCHC Central has a diverse multi-cultural patient population.

Practice is weekday outpatient primary care 4 days in clinic
Collaborate with a terrific team of physicians from all specialties, integrated behavioral health clinicians, community health advocates, nurse practitioners, nurse case managers, and medical leadership.
Lead your team a dedicated RN and Medical Assistant to provide quality care regardless of the patients ability to pay.
Build a panel to meet your clinical interests.
Enhance your cultural competency working with our diverse multi-cultural patient population.

Qualifications and Skills: Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine with experience and interest in community health and patient-centered care; Licensed/eligible in Rhode Island; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Multi-lingual highly valued.
