Little Sprouts is seeking an Assistant Infant Teacher to join our team in Wilmington. Little Sprouts is a network of 39 New England Early Learning Centers that prioritizes employee experience. Our School Director in Wilmington has over 30 years of experience in ECE and is a trusted and dedicated mentor. Our school is easily accessible off Route 93, close to local restaurants, and much more!

Competitive Pay Range: $17-$21+ /per hourA typical day looks like

Manage classroom daily needs to support your student's health and well-being.
Communicate with families and caregivers in person and digitally.
Foster an environment that promotes a love of learning by Implementing our child-focused educational approach, rooted in social-emotional learning, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics) curriculum, and nature-based learning.

Qualifications

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks.
EEC teacher certification or requirements completed to be submitted for review.
Skilled in play-based learning approaches and social-emotional education.

Requirements

Must have a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in classes.
Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds multiple times a day.
