Key Responsibilities:

Drive the region's sales efforts to achieve and exceed premium goals profitably.
Develop and maintain a strong producer management process that prioritizes customer focus.
Monitor the market for new products and process improvements.
Contribute to training and educational programs that enhance efficiency and sales results.
Conduct regular agency calls to boost production and keep agents informed about our offerings.
Scout quality new agency appointments and strategically discontinue partnerships that aren't aligned with company goals.
Act as a facilitator and trainer, resolving issues and maintaining agency communication.
Perform scheduled agency audits to ensure compliance and recommend improvements based on findings.
Prepare monthly reports to identify key trends and producer performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance automation and customer communication channels.
Travel as required to represent the company across various regions.
Other duties as assigned to support overall company success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum of five years of insurance or sales experience.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of workers' compensation rating protocols.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
Organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset are essential for success.
Capable of building effective relationships across all personnel levels and representing our company professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred: Proven track record of successful sales in the workers' compensation or insurance industry.

We offer a competitive salary range of $71,000 - $100,000 plus quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
