Medical Receptionist

Our client, a nonprofit for seniors located in greater Boston, is looking for a part-time medical receptionist to join their team! This role is onsite in Roslindale for roughly 16-20 hours/week. Experience in the medical field is preferred for this role. Free parking is available onsite, and this role pays up to 23/hr depending on experience.

Responsibilities
Check in Patients and collect insurance information, required paperwork
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Answer and respond to phone and email inquiries related to department
Receiving/processing/distribution of mail
Data entry/database work
Administrative projects as they arise
Strong MS office
Ability to respect confidentiality, and strong customer service skill set required
