Job Title: Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation Therapy

Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week

Experience: New Graduates Welcome; SNF Experience Preferred

License: State Physical Therapy License

Certifications: Current CPR Certification

Must-Have:
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in providing physical therapy services to patients
• Willingness to work in a rehabilitation therapy setting


• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation therapy unit
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures
• Stay current on best practices in physical therapy and rehabilitation techniques
