Job Brief
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Designer I to join our dynamic team.
This role requires a candidate who can understand the strategic direction of the organization and how their work contributes to the overall goals.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Design Leads to deliver high-quality design solutions punctually.
They will engage in continuous learning about reusable patterns, user outcomes, and customer journey mapping.
Here's What You'll Do:

• Grasp the big picture, including where the organization is headed strategically with its projects, and understand how team goals fit into the overall organizational plan.
• Work under guidance to closely collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Design Leads to create user-centered designs aligned with business goals.
• Contribute to the Design System to ensure consistency across products.
• Evaluate the competitive landscape and provide ideas for improvements to our products.
• Participate usability testing and integrate user feedback into design iterations.
• Adapt iterative design process delivering designs within typical sprint cycles while balancing quality and user experience.
• Craft design solutions (user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and polished interfaces) that address user needs and pain points.
• Be an active listener with the ability to communicate design rationale to key stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in product design or a related field, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Solid foundational skills in Figma.
• Prototyping skills are a plus.
• Basic understanding of responsive design principles.
• Experience with user research methods and/ or analytics tools and applying insights to your designs.
• Strong communication and a collaborative mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
