Per Diem Available (must be able to work 1 weekend a month - does not need to be a consecutive weekend, you can do 2 Saturdays a month, 2 Sundays a month)
• NO Agency usage in this facility, our staff have been here for more than 10-15yrs!
$5,000 Sign on bonus for fulltime RNs! $2,500 for part-time RNs!
Full-Time Staff can elect to forego benefits and earn an additional $3/hr in our Pay in Lieu of Benefits (PIB) Program!
Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team: Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) for the state of MA
It is key to be able to provide excellent patient care

Responsibilities: The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
The Registered Nurse (RN) follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
Registered Nurse (RN) Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly by the Registered Nurse (RN)
Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
