Minimum Qualifications:

Current dental hygienist license in Massachusetts and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
Excellent knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience:

New Grads are encouraged to apply!
Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital X-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
A desire for continuous learning and growth in clinical skills to meet patient needs.
Clinical requirements as needed by the office.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform essential duties as required by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation.
Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally.
Willingness to attend virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year.
A tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office positions for a safe working environment.
