We are actively seeking a Dental Associate to enhance our growing team. Support our mission to deliver exceptional dental care in the community and help us craft more smiles and unforgettable experiences for children and adults. Responsibilities:

As a Dental Associate, you will provide vital dental services to patients with the assistance of a dedicated team. Our practice is equipped with:

DentaPro software
Digital x-ray and Panorex units
Fiber-optic handpieces
Annual OSHA and HIPAA training
A supportive team ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
A patient base primarily composed of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult patients
Office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
Varied insurance plans including state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors

Guaranteed daily rate up to $1,200 with uncapped earning potential
Sign-on bonus of $70,000

Qualifications:

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program
Current, valid dental license in the states of practice or eligibility for licensure
Essential certifications (CPR, DEA, etc.)
Nitrous Oxide certification (in applicable states)
A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide quality dental care
