Job Details Job Location Kraft Sports and Entertainment - Foxborough, MA Position Type Full Time Education Level Bachelor's Job Shift Day Job Category Accounting/Finance Description SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for reporting the organizations finances to management, working to develop, analyze and maintain budgets, and ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Month-end financial close support including journal entry preparation and account reconciliation and accrual analysis
Prepare monthly balance sheet and income statement reports
Participate in annual budget process and provide ongoing budget to actual analysis for various operating departments
Review revenue and sales reports, invoices customers and reconcile related cash activity
Prepare revenue reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies
Provide assistance with Accounts Payable vouching and matching of invoices, as needed
Provide support during year-end financial statement audits
Provide ad hoc support to finance department personnel
Special analytical projects and assignments as business dictates

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting
0 - 2 years of accounting related experience
Familiarity with Financial Statement presentation and basic GAAP fundamentals
Strong computer literacy with proficient use of Microsoft Excel is required
Ability to work independently on multiple projects to meet designated deadlines required
Highly organized, productive and detail oriented
Ability to grasp new information; recognize strengths and weaknesses; pursue self-development; seek feedback
Strong interpersonal / communication skills
Strong work ethic
Confidentiality and discretion

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Sitting for extended periods of time
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computing equipment
The employee frequently is required to talk or hear
The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms
