Description
SUMMARY:
The Office Assistant's primary responsibility is to ensure that the office is running efficiently. Additionally, this position will assist all departments as needed on specialized tasks, including sales order entry, and closing and working with proprietary software.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Fill the copiers and printers with paper
File for sales service and accounting
Retrieve and distribute faxes electronically via e-mail frequently throughout the day
Daily mail pick-up and delivery
Book meetings for the board and conference rooms
Various tasks requested by Sales and Accounting personnel
Preparation and distribution of weekly schedule
Manage office supplies and coordinate orders, including general supplies and IFP logo supplies (i.e. letterhead)
General office maintenance and organization
Distribution of courier packages
Type faxes, memos or letters as requested Special projects and assignments as business dictates
Coverage of IFP reception desk, including phones and courier shipment preparation
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
