Work with clinical support teams to meet patient needs and monitor their progress
Assume responsibility for assigned patients using a primary nursing model
Participate in care planning to support patient autonomy and choice
Maintain precise documentation in the electronic medical record
Mentor and guide staff, including PCA
Qualifications:
Active RN license in MA
At least 1 year of RN experience
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
