• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and related testing tools, and with performance and security testing.

The Quality Assurance Manager is a member of a high-performing team that focuses on the development and implementation of a world-class online learning platform (LXP). The Quality Assurance Manager will lead a team responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining the quality assurance program for multiple large components of the LXP platform, while establishing and using industry-class quality assurance practices and processes. The Quality Assurance Manager will contribute to a culture of collaboration and openness within the team and with partners.

Typical core duties:

• Direct all quality control aspects of application processes (studies, research, testing, operations)

• Anticipate system wide risks, recommend QA solutions, and facilitate response.

• Prepare and present communications on topics including quality standards, process changes, change management, test case management.

• Represent the department internally and externally.

• Abide by and follow the Harvard University IT technical standards, policies, and Code of Conduct.

• Other duties as needed or required.
