Position:
Web/API Application Developer
The Web/API Application Developer will support web application development and maintenance for various health plan initiatives.
Responsibilities include:

Coordinate with business/product owners to define and scope objectives of business requirements and successfully manage the technical implementation.
Ensure optimal application of technology and engineering resources to integrate applications in a service-based architecture.
Work in cross-functional teams to identify points of contention and develop best practices to support the SDLC process.
Support the QA team to ensure deliverable quality and efficient completion of sprint commitments.
Participate in strategic planning initiatives for products and services, product roadmap, and tactical discussions.
Engage in code review and technical whiteboard discussions.
Support balancing technical debt versus the pace of progress.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver a common technical and architectural solution for assigned functional areas.
Design and develop web applications with ASP.NET, MVC, HTML5, Azure using Agile or Waterfall delivery model.
Develop and maintain web applications using .Net, C#, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SAML 2.0, React JS, Angular, Web API, .Net Core MicroServices.
Implement .NET security features such as Authentication, Forms-based Authentication, Client Certificate Authentication, and Authorization of users.
Participate in REST and SOAP API design, development, testing, and deployment.
Participate in application integration design and development with Microsoft Dynamics365 platform.
Utilize Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps for Code Repository, CI/CD Pipelines, and automatic build deployments.
Define and deliver application systems and interfaces; validate technology assumptions and evaluate alternatives.
Demonstrate advanced full-stack web developer skills and back-/front-end programming.
Establish technical business requirements and deliver in the short-term while preparing for the long-term.
Identify and mitigate development and implementation risks.
Track and monitor problem tickets to ensure timely resolution.
Evaluate tools to better manage integrations with other supporting systems.
Anticipate and meet or exceed internal and/or external customer expectations; establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
Coordinate and/or perform change and revision management to ensure inter-operability of systems.
Support IT Change Management Process.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems.
5 years direct experience in web/API applications design and implementation.
3 years' experience with the design and development of Healthcare technology solutions.
