Are you seeking a unique leadership opportunity with a purpose-driven brand? Join Nespresso as a Boutique Team Leader ! Your primary focus is delivering excellence in people leadership, sales, service, and operations. You will coach our sales associates to become customer experience and product knowledge experts, creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $25.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Drive Results:
Function as manager on duty, driving sales by maximizing store productivity and building customer relationships.
Customer /Hospitality driven:
Cultivate personalized coffee experiences and build customer relationships.
Inspiring People Leadership:
Influence and inspire a team to drive sales and service performance.
Excellence in Operational Execution:
Ensure store standards are maintained; cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational tasks.
Collaborative Team Player:
Build strong relationships with colleagues and thrive in a collaborative team setting.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

You have 2+ yrs. experience in driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment.
You have patience for day-to-day challenges and are resourceful in troubleshooting.
You have effective communication, time management and analytical skills.
You are punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
