Responsibilities:
Oversee accounting, reporting, and tax filings for corporate entities and investments
Prepare annual budgets and manage quarterly lender reporting
Manage corporate cash, invoices, receivables, and owner distributions
Oversee payroll funding, 401k, and worker compensation audits
Handle tax estimates and planning
Monitor treasury activities and ensure compliance with policies and controls
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
10+ years of relevant accounting experience in real estate
CPA preferred
Experience with open-end fund reporting
Knowledge of tax reporting and compliance for private REITs, partnerships, and S corps
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Team player with a high degree of professionalism
