Summary

The Platform Manager within the Infrastructure Practice Group of Valuation and Advisory (V&A) works in conjunction with the Practice Lead to oversee the practice's operations. This role focuses on developing and improving processes that strengthen the quality, consistency, and timeliness of V&A deliverables for our clients. The Platform Manager role requires someone with solid project and change management experience. The person should also have experience using, building, and implementing project management technology solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the following:

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of real estate professionals.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and teamwork.

Operational Oversight

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice group's valuations, ensuring efficiency, adherence to industry standards and deadlines are achieved.

• Implement and optimize appraisal processes to enhance productivity and accuracy.

• Manage and execute projects that enhance efficiency across the platform.

• Work with leader to streamline workflows and improve overall service delivery.

• Develop and maintain operational metrics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Platform Development

• Identify and integrate new technologies to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of infrastructure valuations.

• Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure the seamless integration of new platforms with existing systems.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies and methodologies in infrastructure analysis and assess their potential for implementation.

Client Engagement

• Ensure prompt and complete responses to clients, addressing their valuation needs and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Collaborate with client relationship managers (SPOC) to identify opportunities for expanding client engagements.

Market Analysis

• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting commercial real estate valuation.

• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on market analysis specific to infrastructure sector.

Strategic Planning

• Contribute to the development and execution of the company's strategic plan for growth and market expansion.

• Identify opportunities for service enhancements, technology adoption, and process improvements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Six Sigma are highly valued.

Previous Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology-driven industries or infrastructure sectors.

• Familiarity in systems analysis and implementation of operational platforms.

• 3+ years of experience managing and leading cross-functional teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.

• Experience in real estate or infrastructure valuation is beneficial.

• Knowledge of systems analysis, business process reengineering, and change management.

• Knowledge of infrastructure markets and trends.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00
