Marketing Coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator on our Marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the story of our private investing capabilities. What You'll Do:
Lead event strategy and execution, overseeing conference sponsorships and hosted events
Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including registration, attendee tracking, materials, and presentations
Regularly share marketing activities, including press mentions, new content, and quarterly updates with internal stakeholders
Support sales training and material distribution with the product marketing and client services teams
Assist with the creation and dissemination of marketing materials
Develop integrated marketing plans incorporating public relations, email campaigns, and event tactics
Produce engaging content and strategic input, telling compelling stories for a variety of audiences
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
6-10 years of direct experience in marketing, with a focus on private investing
Proven ability to develop integrated marketing plans, including public relations, email campaigns, website strategies, and event tactics
Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering marketing initiatives on time and within budget
