Global Delivery helps our clients achieve better investment outcomes by serving as the foundation of our organization.
We perform all operational functions required to produce the back and middle office products and services that clients have contracted with State Street to provide while managing risk.
Our services include custody, accounting, fund administration, transfer agency, middle office and cash processing services for asset managers, asset owners, alternative investors and insurance companies across the full range of asset classes.

What you will be responsible for
During the course of normal day-to-day operations, be responsible for identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and must report and/or escalate in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines detailed in relevant operating procedures.
Perform work independently and analyze and recommend solutions to complex and non-routine issues and special projects.
Focus of job on performing complex tasks and providing business and technical expertise in support of multiple clients.
Processing the administrative instructions received.
Following up with clients for instruction authorization and ensuring processes are made timely.
Maintaining standard filing of instructions package and reports.
Filling in the daily checklist accordingly with the activities performed.
Ensuring that the instructions received are compliant with State Street policy.
Analyzing the instruction exceptions and acting accordingly to resolve with the responsible parties in a timely manner.
Monitoring exceptions resolutions and soliciting resolution details from the responsible parties.
Flexibility in working outside of your responsibilities as required and areas of expertise.
Ensure all processes are in line with the SLA and escalate if necessary.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Management
Strong financial accounting knowledge and proficiency.
Possess strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of Domestic and International financials; Middle/Back or Front Office Operations, Trade lifecycle mechanics, Fund Accounting and Administration, Custody/Accounting systems, Investment Operations, etc.
Ability to work with individuals at all levels in the organization and contribute to the strategic direction of the firm and the team.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
STEM related degree.
Bloomberg experience.
Knowledge of State Street software applications and a broad knowledge of bank products and services.
Some consumer and commercial bank lending experience.

Salary Range:

$41,600 - $60,320 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
