National Sales Director
Location: Remote - Mid Central US and East preferred

My client, a trusted partner to clinicians and scientists, is seeking a Director of Sales to lead a large, high-performing sales team. In this role, you'll develop strategies, manage customer relationships, and shape the future of a dynamic organization delivering innovative solutions for scientific and medical advancements.

What You'll Be Doing
Developing and executing national sales strategies to align with organizational goals.
Leading, mentoring, and holding accountable a large, geographically dispersed sales team.
Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, including hospitals and research institutions.
Collaborating with marketing and product teams to align on goals and customer needs.
Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to drive growth and inform strategy.
About You
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record in leading large sales teams and achieving targets in the life sciences or diagnostic sectors.
Skilled in strategic planning, customer relationship management, and team development.
Proficient in CRM tools and experienced in the diagnostic or histology markets (preferred).
