As a Family Medicine office, we provide physical examinations, routine health screenings, and preventative care for all ages, from infants through adults.
The Opportunity We are seeking a Full-time 40-hour RN to support our practice onsite Monday-Friday from 8:
00am-4:
30am with 1 remote day on either Tuesdays or Thursdays.
The Family Medicine Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care to patients in a family medicine setting.
The RN will work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and the management of acute and chronic conditions.
This role is 50% on the phones with patients and 50% patient facing, so the ideal candidate profile is an adaptable RN who is confident in their clinical abilities and genuinely enjoys variety! Responsibilities Include:
• Triage clinical questions via phone calls.
• Provide clinical advice and education to patients based on assessment findings and established protocols.
• Provide appropriate care coordination for patients such as scheduling appointments, follow-up care and referrals to specialists and other healthcare services.
• Follow-up on emergency room visits.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practitioners, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
• Administer Injections, medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians and advanced practitioners and assist in minor surgical procedures.
