Overview

NTS I & C, An Element Company, has an opportunity for a Quotes/Contract Administrator.

Responsibilities

Completion of all documentation relating to quotations and customer structure changes.
Review incoming RFQ information and follow up with customers to obtain additional technical information where required.
Technical documentation review.
Entries in NQA's system for contract review.
Assist Regional Sales Managers with follow-up on quotes.
Support internet-based marketing initiatives, blogs, etc. by proofing material & providing required information.
Participate in Growth Meetings to support the needs of the Sales and Operations team.
Participation in daily Operations Meeting.

Skills / Qualifications

3-5 years professional experience within Procurement/Contracts/Quotations
Bachelor's degree preferred
Aerospace Industry ideal, but not required
Ability to prioritize work-flow in regards to opening/responding to/typing/formatting and sending of RFQ's and Quotations
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
