- Skilled Nursing Facility All ShiftsFull and Part time LPN's earn a base rate of $25.50/hr-$27/hr, plus shift differential! The shift differential rate for 3pm-11pm shift is $3.00 an hour,11p-7a shift is $4.00 an hour and a weekend shift is $5.00 an hour.

Administer medication and treatments to residents of our healthcare center.
Assist with admission and discharge process Keep physician and family aware of change(s) in resident condition Make rounds with physicians and transcribes orders Assure continuity of services and careQualifications :
Current nursing license with the state of Florida 6 months nursing experience, preferred Geriatric involvement preferred Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status.
This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and COVID-19 vaccine status.
