JOB SUMMARY
CrossCountry Freight Solutions is looking for a Logistics Manager! A Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of non-asset-based trucking brokerage. A successful Logistics Manager will manage business operations, lead a team, drive sales efforts, implement technology solutions, and handle tasks essential to the growth and success of the business. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Ensure smooth daily operations, including load planning, carrier coordination, and on-time delivery performance.
Manage a team by supervising, supporting, and mentoring to achieve individual and team goals.
Drive revenue growth by developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating rates.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with carriers, negotiate contracts, and monitor compliance with industry standards.
Develop and implement strategies to grow market share and improve operational efficiency.
Oversee the use of logistics technology to improve efficiency, monitor performance, and provide real-time visibility.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring quality service delivery.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial goals.
Ensure adherence to all industry regulations and company policies.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

3-5 years of Truckload Logistics Experience
Proven experience in logistics, transportation or brokerage management. Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics software.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (written and verbal), analytical, and decision-making skills.
Sales acumen with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Working knowledge of load boards, including DAT and Internet Truckstop.
