JOB DESCRIPTION
Department:

Stepdown Intermediate Care
Shift Timings:

06:30- 19:00 Hours. Monday to friday (3 days/12 Hours)
Per Week : 36 Hours
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
QUALIFICATIONS
•BLS and ACLS
•National Institutes of Health (NIH)
•Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
•The ability to stand for extended periods.
•Strong technical skills.
•Knowledge of medical terminology
•Passionate about patient care
•Requires a minimum of two years of current RN Progressive Care/Telemetry experience.
•Graduate from a fully accredited RN program
•Active unencumbered Indiana RN state license
•One year of Epic experience
