Full-service lemon law firm based in Los Angeles. Is currently looking for a Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. The law office represents California clients who have been sold a defective vehicle that qualifies as a lemon.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate potential personal injury cases and provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and options.
Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and compile medical records to support client claims.
Prepare and draft demand letters, settlement proposals, and other legal documents.
Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing parties to reach fair settlements for clients.
Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and developments.
Collaborate with medical professionals, accident reconstruction experts, and other specialists as needed.
Stay up-to-date with developments in personal injury law and relevant regulations.
Assist in the development of case strategies to maximize client recovery.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in CA.
2+ years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation processes.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
