Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred. Proven experience in a sales support role or similar position. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

After excelling in the role of a "Sales Coordinator" for a minimum of one year, the next step in career growth is becoming a "Business Development Representative". To be considered for this promotion by Management, individuals must demonstrate strong sales skills, and a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
