Position Overview:

As an LPN, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patients, conducting routine checks, and collaborating closely with the medical team. We value empathy, strong observational skills, and professionalism as key components of your role.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly monitor patients throughout their treatment.
• Perform routine checks on patients' vital signs.
• Ensure that patients adhere to their medication schedules.
• Assist RNs and other medical staff in delivering excellent care.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A heartfelt dedication to caring for seniors.
