What You'll Do:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your primary responsibility will be to ensure the health and comfort of our residents. You will deliver essential nursing care, manage medication administration, collaborate with healthcare teams, and oversee personalized care plans.
Available Shifts:
Full-time positions on Day, Evening, and Night shifts (32 or 40 hours a week)
Part-time and per diem options also available

Attractive Sign-On Bonus of $3,000.00 for full-time roles
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatment plans as directed by healthcare providers
Monitor patient vital signs and maintain accurate medical records
Work alongside the interdisciplinary team to create and implement effective care plans
Perform wound care and other necessary nursing interventions
Guide and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in providing quality care
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and protocols
