What You ll Do:
As an LPN at Madonna Manor, you will:
Provide safe, therapeutic care to residents from admission through discharge.
Collaborate with physicians, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care.
Use the nursing process to develop and deliver individualized care plans that promote residents' mental and physical well-being.
Serve as a clinical role model and resource for staff, fostering a positive and professional environment.
What You ll Bring:
A current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Kentucky or a valid license from a reciprocal state.
CPR certification (required).
Experience in long-term care (preferred but not required).
