Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Claiborne Senior Living has an immediate opening for a Licensed Practical Nurse 12 hour day and night shifts and is offering competitive pay with great benefits. All new hourly employees will have an opportunity for 1.00 increase in their hourly rate after 90 days of employment.

All employees can earn unlimited employee and resident referral bonuses ranging from 1000.00 to 2500.00 for each referral.

LPN Duties:

Reports to the Wellness Director

Responsible for providing clinical leadership and nursing care to meet the needs of the residents

Provides direct oversight to direct care staff and ensures completion of talks

Provides direct care and assists PSAs and CNAs as required

Charts on residents, manages and administers medication

Performs other duties consistent with position as assigned

LPN Qualifications:

Must have current license as an LPN in the state of employment

Two years of experience in Assisted Living or Dementia Care (preferred)

CPR and First Aid certification

Experience working with an electronic health record system
