Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Eugene, OR. This is for day shift or night shift position, offering an excellent opportunity to join a supportive healthcare team in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Strong potential for extension, transfer or direct hire.
1 year experience as LTC / SNF LPN required, 2 years preferred.
13 Week Contract Period
Day Shifts: 6a-2:30p shift & Weekends
Night Shift: 10p-6a
Pay Rate: $40/hr
Job Duties:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in accordance with the plan of care and under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status.
Document patient progress, including any changes in condition.
Assist with patient education and support.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team and ensure continuity of care.
Requirements:
Current, active LPN license in the state of Oregon.
Previous LPN experience, preferably LTC or SNF.
BLS
Must be available for the entire 13-week contract duration.
Pay: $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
