Their duties include installing or replacing wiring and other electrical components, troubleshooting electrical issues to handle repairs and communicating with clients to establish job details and related costs.As a federal contractor, CNI is a drug-free workplace and adheres to the Federal Controlled Substance Act.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Must be a Licensed Electrician as required by state and contract.Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.

Other duties may be assigned.Installs, maintains, and repairs electrical systems in buildings and structures.Executes wiring plans and installs fixtures and equipment.Has expertise in various electrical systems, tools, and safety

electrical issues by reading diagrams and blueprintsTesting and inspecting electrical work like wiring and lighting to ensure safe installation and compliance with regulatory codesPlanning and designing layouts of fixtures, wiring pathways and other electrical elements inside commercial and residential buildingsIdentifying and mitigating safety hazards, code violations and other electrical issues.
Ensures safety complianceEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education/experience.PHYSICAL DEMANDSMust frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Ability to climb ladders.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
