Licensed Audiologist - Assessment Role

Are you a passionate Audiologist looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of United States Veterans?
We invite you to join our team as an Audiologist, where you will play a crucial role in the VA's disability benefits process by performing essential medical assessments.
As an Audiologist, you will review uploaded medical records during patient appointments and conduct vital tests, including the Maryland CNC Test and Puretone Audiometric test. Your expertise will be instrumental in completing the Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) through our computer portal, providing the necessary medical evidence for the VA's decision-making process regarding veterans' benefits.
Please note, this position focuses solely on assessment; there will be no prescribing of medical treatments or devices.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing and assessing an average of 3-6 Veterans per day within a supportive and structured environment.
Schedule:


Full-Time, Monday to Friday. This is an IN-PERSON position allowing 1 hour to 1 hour & 30 minutes per patient. Enjoy a work-life balance with no evenings, no on-call duties, and no weekends. Additionally, this role does not involve hearing aid sales.
Requirements:

Doctor of Audiology (Au.D) from an ASHA Accredited institution.
Current and valid Audiologist license.
