Why we need you:

CSH is seeking a creative, results-oriented individual committed to racial equity, advancing anti-racism practices, and sharing their talent to support a mission-driven organization that leads efforts to expand housing and service solutions for highly impacted populations. Your expertise is needed on our Finance Team to collect and manage project data in compliance with U.S. Department of Treasury's Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) program requirements, including all CDFI programs (FA, NMTC, CMF, ERP, etc.) and support other lending data collection efforts within CSH. The Lending Data Coordinator reports to the Director, Loan Administration and is a member of CSH's Finance Team.
What you will do:

In collaboration with CSH's Finance Teams, you will:

Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with project sponsors/borrowers and other CSH partners.
Collect borrower/sponsor financial and impact reporting required per the loan documents. Report to asset management and community investment teams on any delinquent reporting.
Keep current with and ensure data collection is adequate to maintain compliance with CDFI Fund program requirements.
Identify and address compliance issues in coordination with other asset management staff.
Collect, monitor, and review required reporting from Sponsors/Borrowers to ensure reporting is completed on-time and in accordance with all reporting requirements.
Create and maintain reports and data on closed projects that showcase the impact and performance of our projects to internal and external stakeholders
Regularly update CSH data collection tools and loan servicing system with new data.
Review new CDFI awards and allocations prior to closing to ensure that required data tracking meets the compliance needs of the program.
Work with asset management team to analyze data quality prior to major reporting deadlines.
Assist in preparing the organization's annual applications to the CDFI Fund and the annual reporting submission in its Award Management Information System (AMIS)
Creatively identify ways to further strengthen and improve asset management and compliance systems
Complete special projects and assignments as needed
Coordinate with other CSH teams (e.g. Community Investment, Data & Analytics) on cross-team sharing of CDFI data.
How we work:

CSH staff are adaptable, entrepreneurial, creative, and flexible problem-solvers. We are strategic thinkers who are committed to racial equality and treating each other-and the communities we serve-with respect. You should share a passion for the CSH mission and possess the leadership and management skills to help shape how we share our ambitious mission. Specifically, we are seeking:

Bachelor's degree, but experience may substitute for education.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in community development, real estate finance, asset management and/or non-profit lending is preferred.
Must be organized, analytic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers/data; have excellent written and verbal communication skills; and demonstrated experience managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines.
An interest in affordable and supportive housing, community development, and in supporting the development of housing and supportive services needed to address homelessness and advance CSH's mission, is required.
A conceptual understanding of institutional/structural racism and bias and their impact on underrepresented communities, along with strong interpersonal communication skills to work with racially, ethnically, and socially diverse stakeholders, is needed.
Experience working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is required.
Candidates seeking to work remotely or hybrid must provide their own access to a secure high-speed internet signal (preferably hard-wired) at a capacity sufficient to support video, web, and email processing simultaneously based on their personal work environment. This is typically 100 MB and above.
