Job Responsibilities:
Platform Ownership:
Take ownership of the marketing automation (Oracle Eloqua) and marketing analytics platforms, ensuring optimal configuration, maintenance, and performance.
Customer 360 Integration:
Work closely with marketing and IT stakeholders to develop and implement a customer 360 view, leveraging customer data platform capabilities to create a unified customer profile.
Data Management & Analytics:
Oversee data collection, integration, and analysis within the marketing technology stack. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
Campaign Execution:
Collaborate with the marketing team to design, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns using Oracle Eloqua and other relevant platforms.
Lead Nurturing & Automation:
Develop and implement automated lead nurturing workflows to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Validation & Integration:
Use SQL for data extraction and analysis, manage ETL processes and integrate marketing/social platforms. Enrich customer data for improved profiling and segmentation. Validate data to maintain accuracy and completeness.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with marketing technology vendors, ensuring optimal service levels and cost-effectiveness.
Team Leadership:
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
Establish strong partnerships with the business and marketing teams to understand their needs and ensure alignment with technology solutions.
User Management:
Manage SSO/Okta setup, user access and permissions for marketing technology platforms
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing automation, with deep expertise in Oracle Eloqua.
Proven experience implementing and managing customer 360 initiatives and CDP platforms.
Strong understanding of marketing analytics and data visualization tools.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for staying current with marketing technology trends.
