Lead Business Development Professional
for its Training and Simulations business, focusing on its fast-growing and in demand training and simulations portfolio of products and services. Saab has been a pioneer in the training and simulation space for over 20 years and provides industry-leading solutions for force on force, trainers and training services. This position is onsite in our Orlando office.
Responsibilities:
Present and promote products and services to existing and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet existing and prospective customer needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Work with internal stakeholders to expedite the resolution of customer issues.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Analyze the sales potential of customers and markets.
Track and document sales activities.
Assist in generating strategic capture plans and garner internal support to implement them.
Gather and report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities.
Identify and make internal recommendations for new products and services.
Shadow and learn from more senior team members, including some of the best in the business.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Compensation Range:
$120,800- $157,000
The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.
Skills and Experience:
BA/BS degree in marketing, business discipline or related discipline.
8+ years of experience.
Other Requirements
Energetic self-starter.
Clear and articulate communicator with strong written and oral skills.
Excellent time manager who can independently prioritize, focus, and self-motivate.
Effective and engaging presenter.
Comfortable managing and interacting at all levels of the organization, internal and external.
Sales or program management experience preferred.
Citizenship Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen. Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
