Civil Litigation Mastery:

Representing clients in landmark cases involving monopolization, price-fixing, market allocation, and class actions.
Government Enforcement Experience:

Handling DOJ/FTC investigations, merger reviews, and criminal enforcement matters.

Advising multinational corporations on cross-border compliance and regulatory challenges.
Industry Knowledge:

Expertise in navigating antitrust issues in sectors such as technology, healthcare, energy, and financial services.
In this position, you will:

Litigate High-Stakes Cases:

Represent clients in civil and criminal antitrust cases before federal and state courts, as well as administrative bodies.
Handle Complex Investigations:

Work on DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations, merger reviews, and regulatory enforcement matters.
Develop Strategic Solutions:

Provide counsel on antitrust compliance, risk management, and regulatory strategies to prevent litigation.
Draft Persuasive Legal Documents:

Prepare motions, briefs, and other key litigation materials tailored to complex cases.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who bring the following qualifications and attributes:
Experience and Expertise

Experience:

2 to 6 years of experience (law school class years

) in antitrust litigation, government investigations, and compliance matters.
Government or Enforcement Agency Experience:

Preferred candidates will have worked with or have experience handling matters involving the DOJ or FTC, including merger reviews or conduct investigations.
Educational Credentials

Juris Doctor (JD):

Degree from a
