Occupational Therapist Job Opportunity We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate occupational therapists to join our team in Oswego, IL, and surrounding areas. As a therapist-centric home care organization, we prioritize providing exceptional care and support to our patients.
About the Role:
Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Occupational Therapists
Location: Oswego, IL, and surrounding areas
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet patient needs
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment
Requirements:
Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
Current therapist license issued by The State of IL and a current CPR certificate
Proficient in technological devices/systems such as tablets, e-mail, text messaging, and electronic documentation
